Yesterday our little Eli, or shall I say big Eli, had his two month doctor's appointment. He is weighing in at 12 pounds 10 1/2 ounces and is 24 1/2 inches long! When the doctor put him on the scale, I said, is that too big?? He said no, he's a tall boy! He is getting quite the personality and talking, smiling, and cooing at me and his daddy all the time! I have never seen such a happy baby, unless he is tired or hungry! Yesterday he got two shots and screamed after the second one! Believe it or not, I had never heard him make that much noise except for the day he was born!
I can't believe that I am heading back to school in about two weeks! The time has gone by so quickly, and I know it will be hard to leave the little guy. Thankfully my job allows me to have a spring break and a summer vacation yet to come!

Well, it's been forever since I have posted anything, so I thought it was about time!! Eli is getting ready to turn 7 months next week. He is a busy boy who is constantly crawling and grabbing anything he can get his hands on! He is definitely nonstop like his father! We have been having the most fun the last few months. I'm actually feeling very comfortable now being a momma, it took me awhile! Going back to work was an adjustment, but I am now feeling like I can actually survive working and taking care of my boy. I am however, counting down the days of school! I can't wait to have the summer off with Eli. He is now eating solid foods, we've tried squash and carrots so far. Surprise, surprise the boy likes to eat! He is constantly saying ma-ma and said da when he saw Scott tonight! Awwwww!! We are trying to sell our house again, so keep your fingers crossed for us! We want to move to Carmel so that Eli can go to school with me!
